Although the Keiser M3 is an amazing bike, it lacks a convenient way to store those mini weights that so many exercise routines call for.
The rack is held in place using an included star knob. Just place the rack on top of the front fork rail and screw in the knob through the rail from underneath into the embedded threading. Each channel has a flat portion of 1.1 inches and the centers are spaced 3.9 inches apart to support a wide variety of weights.
The rack is made of PLA, a durable and waterproof plastic that won’t break down if you sweat on it. However, it is sensitive to high temperatures (above 100 degrees Fahrenheit) and may begin to warp when exposed to high heat.
NOTE: Tighten carefully, and only to snugness. DO NOT over tighten. It’s normal to hear some cracking noise, but the screw on the star knob should not deform or poke through the top of the rack.
